Mirela is part of the EMEA Customer Marketing and Advocacy team, a team that puts customers first in everything we do to strengthen customer loyalty and engagement. As an EMEA Community Manager for Cisco Insider Advocates, Mirela helps champion our customers' voices back to Cisco and promote all things related to customer advocacy. Having the unique position to listen directly to our customers, know them intimately, and build close personal relationships with them through our online community platform allows us to shine the light on their stories.
